Return

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tutumokey@jypopcollections.com. We will evaluate and provide you with the return address if approved.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

We strongly recommend you to carefully review your order upon receipt. In the event that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Please be advised that certain items are non-returnable. This includes all items purchased on sale, with any promotional discount, or through gift card. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Exchange

To ensure you receive the item you desire as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is processed and accepted, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
