Return Policy:

• All TuTuMokey Products
  We offer a 14-days return window, starting from the purchase date for eligible merchandise. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method and it will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.
• Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.

Non-Refundable/Final Sale:

• Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable. 
• Please note: If the seal tag is removed, the product will not be eligible for a refund.

Domestic U.S. Returns:
To begin a return, please visit the TuTuMokey Return Center.

• You will be prompted to select the item(s) for return, and a UPS return shipping label will be generated.
• Once your return is processed, the customer will receive an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the returned item(s), minus the $8 restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Online store credit is not transferable to our brick-and-mortar locations.
• TuTuMokey does not process exchanges.

Please note: All return-to-sender orders will be processed as a regular return and will follow the standard return policy.

International Returns:
To begin the return process for your eligible international order submitted through our shipping partner, Global-E, please click the link here.

• You will be prompted to enter your order number and the email address associated with the order. After that, you can select your item(s) for return, and an international return shipping label will be generated.
• For international returns, customers will receive an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the returned item(s), minus the return label fee. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Online store credit is not transferable to our brick-and-mortar locations.
• Duties and/or customs fees paid upfront at checkout are non-refundable by TuTuMokey. Please contact your local customs agency for any inquiries regarding customs/duties refunds.

• All product photos are official and authentic. Due to color variations across different mobile phones, monitor devices, and individual perceptions of color, the pictures you see may differ slightly from the actual product. The real product should be considered the standard. Products from the same series but different batches may have slight differences in material details and other aspects. The product descriptions on the page are for reference only; please refer to the physical tag or washing label for specific product information.
• Our store’s clothing uses a high-quality screen printing process with glue printing. For washing, please turn the garment inside out and hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Use a laundry bag or wash separately. After washing, smooth out the printed details thoroughly and air dry in a cool place to prevent the print from sticking due to washing or dehydration. Failure to follow the recommended washing and care instructions may cause damage to the printing, which will not be considered a quality issue. Your understanding is appreciated.
• Some clothing items, due to their intricate details or photo-based designs, may use digital printing, hot embossing, or direct digital printing methods. For these types of prints, please turn the garment inside out when washing. Avoid prolonged soaking and do not iron the printed areas to prevent heat damage. Any damage caused by improper washing or care will not be classified as a quality issue.
